  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 broccoli crowns, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; sauté in the skillet for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add chopped broccoli and grape tomatoes; stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
