- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 broccoli crowns, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; sauté in the skillet for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Add chopped broccoli and grape tomatoes; stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Mix in sun-dried tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, and half and half; stir until combined.
