  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped sweet tart apple (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
