  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the cabbage head in half, remove the stem, and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on a large baking sheet.
