  • 4 submarine rolls
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ pound pre-cooked pulled beef
  • ½ pound sliced chicken
  • 3 dill pickles, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Halve the rolls lengthwise and place them cut side up on the sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush over the cut sides.
  4. Broil the rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Dice the pulled beef and chicken; combine with pickles and cheese mixed with mustard.
  6. Fill each toasted roll with about 1 cup of the mixture.
