  • 1 cup cooked, peeled, and chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup queso cheese (queso blanco or queso fresco), melted

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat and shrimp. Add minced garlic, onion, melted queso cheese, lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
