  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can (400g) tinned tomatoes
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños, chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain fat.
  3. Add onion powder and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning, black pepper, and cumin.
  5. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, whole milk, and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Add corn, tinned tomatoes, diced green chilies, and baked beans; heat through.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish; top with frozen tater tots.
  8. Sprinkle cheese blend over the tater tots and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
