  • ¼ cup apple vinegar
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone
  • 12 slices chicken deli slices
  • 12 slices turkey deli slices
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Sliced hot peppers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, apple vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, chicken slices, turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, red onion, hot peppers, and shredded lettuce over the buns. Drizzle half of the dressing on top.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on top. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional seasonings.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
