  • 1 pound large shrimp (raw, deveined)
  • 1 pound top sirloin steak (cut into cubes)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Blackened seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
