  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce; set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Stir in red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook until veggies are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce.
  7. Serve by placing jasmine rice in bowls topped with turkey mixture; drizzle remaining sauce on top.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
