  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Mix in mashed bananas until evenly distributed.

  7. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
